New Horizons Counseling Service, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Private Pay (Cash or Money Order)
  • AHCCCS/ Title XIX Funding (upon availability)
  • Private Insurance (Aetna, Lifesynch, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona, Cigna, MHN/Mental Health Network)
  • Pay Pal (must bring printed confirmation of Pay Pal payment to appointment if advanced purchase)
